Thanks again for having us out. Here are two European oak floors I'd like you to consider. Both are engineered planks, which is the stable choice for a home over a crawl space, and both are live-sawn character-grade oak in warm, natural tones with a light wire brush. These are traditional oak looks that have been used in homes for generations and won't feel dated in a few years.
Both come prefinished from the factory, so the finish is already on the boards.
Option 5: European French Oak – Cordoba
A rich medium brown with a gentle wire-brushed texture. Most of the boards are full 75" lengths, which gives the room a calm, open look with fewer seams.

Option 6: European Oak – Lake Como Verenna
A lighter golden natural oak with a lightly wire-brushed surface and random lengths up to 75". It's an easygoing, classic tone that works with almost any furniture or paint color.

Your project scope
Areas: Living room, kitchen, dining room, foyer, Walker's room, guest room, master bedroom and closet. Approx. 1,845 SF, one level.
- Removal and disposal of existing flooring (nailed hardwood in the dining room, kitchen and foyer; glued engineered in the master; click-lock LVP in the living room and 2 bedrooms)
- Glue-down installation of the new wide-plank engineered floor with SikaBond urethane adhesive
- New white primed shoe molding at all perimeters (painting by others)
- Delivery inside the home to acclimate before the job starts
- Roll-off dumpster / disposal fees
Major subfloor prep is not included. With any flooring over a crawl space, we recommend plastic and ventilation in the crawl space. Our optional Bona R540 moisture barrier on the subfloor is also available.
